SLIPKNOT Frontman Talks About Meeting FAITH NO MORE

SLIPKNOT frontman Corey Taylor was interviewed by BBC Radio 1 prior to his band's performance at this year's Download festival on June 13 at Donington Park, United Kingdom. Watch the chat in two parts below.

As previously reported, the members of SLIPKNOT were presented with gold awards signifying German sales of more than 100,000 copies of their latest album, "All Hope Is Gone", prior to the band's June 6, 2009 performance at the Rock Am Ring festival in Nürburgring.

SLIPKNOT's video for the song "Sulfur" was shot on March 9 in the Los Angeles area and was directed by Crahan and P.R. Brown (MÖTLEY CRÜE, MARILYN MANSON, CHIMAIRA, AVENGED SEVENFOLD),who helmed the last two SLIPKNOT clips, "Psychosocial" and "Dead Memories". The video depicts the nine members rocking out in groups of three and submerged in water one at a time. The video concept was modeled after a video installation by Bill Viola called "Ascension" that's currently on display at the Des Moines Arts Center.

SLIPKNOT was awarded with an EMMA Award for "Best International Act." The EMMAs are the Finnish equivalent of the Grammys.
